GOING HEALTHY......

I am not particularly a breakfast person and i've skipped only God knows how many...i cant exactly remember when i started this BAD habit of mine but it has lasted for a long time. And i have decided to put an end to it (luckily enough for me).. actually when u come to think of it the Nigerian universities contributed alot to this habit.. lets take an instance where i have a 7 am lecture and i won't be having a break till the usual 1-2pm, i have to get up by like 5:45 am, say my prayers, and then head to the bathroom , dress up and by then its 6:30 already, i have to be in class before 7 so i dash off..  where exactly is the time for breakfast here?
 so, what i've planned for myself during this break and i have been abiding by it is:

  STEP 1: take a glass of water first thing when i wake up finally
  STEP 2: have some fruits (atleast an apple)
  STEP 3: breakfast proper..  no matter how little it is and in cases when i really don't feel like taking anything, i go for a bowl of cereal and not just any cereal  i make sure it's whole grain.
   so u see even the doctors will give me a big pat on the back and say kip it up.. all i can say now is I'M PROUD OF ME
